The Casino Host develops and nurtures relationships with high-value casino guests, utilizing various communication channels like phone, text, email, and in-person interactions. This role focuses on maximizing gaming revenue by leveraging our rewards program, casino amenities, promotions, partnerships, and off-site events. A key aspect of this position is being visible and accessible on the casino floor, meeting and greeting guests during their visits and at exclusive events. The Casino Host also makes informed decisions regarding complimentary offers, resolves guest disputes, and maintains up-to-date knowledge of all casino promotions, events, and gaming policies.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-end guests through personal contact (phone, text, email, in-person) to maximize gaming revenue.
  • Utilize the rewards program, casino amenities, promotions, partnerships, and off-site events to drive incremental revenue and maximize guest loyalty.
  • Be visible and available on the casino floor to meet and greet guests during individual visits and exclusive events.
  • Make decisions on complimentary offers based on recorded play and player profitability.
  • Resolve guest disputes and complaints to the satisfaction of both the guest and the company.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all casino promotions and events.
  • Attend and assist in the coordination of all casino promotions and special events.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all player information.
  • Maintain knowledge of all casino gaming policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 years of casino operations or sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in a resort setting or with a sales background is preferred.
  • Effective written, communication, presentation, and computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to set priorities, work independently, and accomplish objectives with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
