Job Description:
As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Spa Reservation Agent is to provide exceptional customer service and support to Spa guests by ensuring guest needs are met. This role will assist guests with booking individual and group appointments, providing information about the Spa services, and addressing guest inquiries via phone and email. This role assists with administrative tasks related to Spa reservations. This may include preparing an Excel spreadsheet to submit paperwork, writing out gift certificates for Spa services, and maintaining effective communication with the Sales Manager to relay information regarding group needs and requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries regarding Spa services, both over the phone and through email communication.
- Efficiently book individual and group appointments, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and confirming details with guests.
- Prepare gift certificates by writing out the necessary information and entering it into the Pro Solution system.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets to compile and submit paperwork to the Night Audit team, maintaining accurate records.
- Fulfill guest requests by forwarding relevant Spa information via email as requested.
- Maintain effective communication with the Spa Sales Manager, conveying information regarding group needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Spa Director to ensure timely and accurate communication of important details related to group bookings.
