Crystal Springs Resort is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeeping Room Attendants. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our resort accommodations. Your responsibilities will include providing full-service housekeeping to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all resort units, including kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, patios/decks, and foyers.
- Ensure all areas of the room are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained according to resort standards.
- Replenish necessary amenities and supplies in each unit.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor or management team.
- Ensure that the rooms are prepared in a timely manner to meet guest arrival schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Ability to meet the essential functions and responsibilities of the job.
- Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, bending, and reaching.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required.
