Ready to serve up some seriously awesome pizza vibes and make our guests' day? As a FOH Counter Server at Ranch Pizza, you ll be the friendly face our guests rely on for an unettable experience. You'll report directly to the Store Manager, and most importantly, you'll be a key player in spreading that signature Ranch hospitality.

What You'll Be Rockin' :

Flex those shift muscles! Be ready to work opening, mid, or closing whenever the pizza party calls.

Deliver top-notch service every single day, collaborate with your team, and look for ways to make things even better.

Lead with kindness, live the Ranch way, and set the vibe for a fun, weing atmosp.

Create consistent, delightful guest experiences from the moment they walk in.

Hand out menus with a smile, answer questions like a menu expert, and all the insider tips on our pizzas, drinks, and more.

Keep an eye on guests happiness. If something's not right, you'll jump in to fix it quickly and courteously.

Take orders like a pro, whether it s food or drinks and always with a dash of enthusiasm.

Know what's cookin'! Explain our menu like a pizza sommelier, from ingredients to preparation, and suggest dishes you know guests will love.

Manage the tech side too keep those online orders, drivers, and tablets running smoothly.

Handle alcohol responsibly, including checking IDs and changing kegs like a pro.

Attend team meetings and bring your best ideas for making Ranch even better.

Stay on top of food safety by keeping prep areas clean, fresh, and stocked.

Ensure our food and ingredients are always top quality by rotating stock and tracking freshness.

Know our kitchen rules inside and out, and serve up consistently delicious food, every time.

Jump in w needed, whether it's food prep, expo, or lending a hand to fellow team members.

You'll be doing a bit of everything, from keeping things clean to stepping in for other team members to make sure the guest experience is always top-tier.
