Nest Cafe is a wellness-forward eatery inside Nurture Denver s hub for whole human health. We create intentionally sourced, nourishing dishes in collaboration with local farmers, functional nutritionists, and integrative health providers.

We re hiring a Line Cook who s passionate about food as medicine and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. You ll work closely with our culinary team to prep, cook, and plate vibrant dishes that fuel and inspire our guests.

What You ll Do:

Execute prep and line duties with consistency and care (expect to be on a hot line daily)

Cook wellness-focused menu items to spec and on time

Maintain a clean, safe, andanized station

Store and label food properly

Support kitchen operations as needed dishes, inventory, team flow

Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

Who You Are:

Reliable,municative, and collaborative (weekend availability)

Experienced in line/prep cook positions (1+ year preferred)

Passionate about nourishing food and health-driven cuisine

Comfortable with basic culinary techniques and kitchen equipment

Calm under pressure and able to multitask

Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Culinary training is a plus, but not required
