Maitre d' needed to run the front desk of Il Nido Restaurant in the Alki Homestead log cabin.
Il Nido Restaurant is hiring a Maitre d' to run the front desk four nights a week. The candidate must be a highly personal and charming front of house professional. This position is 4 shifts a week from approximately 2pm to 11pm.
Job Requirements
Has experience as a server and or bartender.
Has experience with wine and beverage service.
Excellent writing skills.
Proficient with Word & Excel.
Experience with reservation systems.
Job Duties
Manage RESY reservation system.
Take phone calls and email correspondence.
Communicate with BOH as main point of contact for the FOH.
Wine and service standards supervisor for FOH staff.
