Chick-fil-A Western Hills is offering a unique (3) day work week for full-time team members! These opportunities have been created so you have a schedule you can count on and the ability to live a fuller life because your off days are predictable and protected. It produces the margin in life to thrive at home and at work so we can fulfill our purpose of winning hearts every day at Chick-fil-A.
Shifts are scheduled for 12hr/3x a week. The schedule rotates every (2) weeks, which allows you more than (6) full weeks off per year. This is an offer w excellence and rest coexist, that it why only strong qualified candidates will be considered and must have the following:
Documented references and work history that can be verified. Applications that do not include this information will not be considered.
An excellent attitude and work ethic.
Must be able to follow our Core Values - do it the right way / be reliable / speak kindness
Must be a fast learner and have the knowledge and ability to work any position in front of house.
Must be able to meet our G.R.I.T. Core Competency; will be explained during the interview process.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to coordinator staff.
Mustplete initial Pathway training as well as any additional training required.
Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
Ad to employee handbook.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Reliable source of transportation.
Punctuality is a must.
Cheerful and positive attitude.
Enjoys serving and helping others.
Customer service oriented.
Ability to take direction from superiors.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Works well independently and in a team environment.
Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
