Job Summary

We're looking for a Room Service Server who can deliver prompt, polished, and professional food and beverage service to our guests. You ll ensure orders are correct, beautifully presented, and delivered on time all while providing the signature ZaZa guest experience.

What You ll Do

Provide food and beverage service to guestrooms with efficiency and professionalism

Ensure tray setups areplete and presentation is on-point (spotless linen, proper garnishes, hot stays hot, cold stays cold)

Deliver and retrieve trays and tables according to timing and safety standards

Complete prep work at the start of each shift and side duties at the end

Maintain cleanliness and inventory of service areas and equipment

Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely, accurate service

Ad to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws

Support other departments and help w needed we re a team!

What We re Looking For

Previous hotel or F&B experience preferred

Strongmunication skills must be able tomunicate clearly in English

Great attention to detail and time management

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull trays or carts

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Comfortable working around allergens, cleaning chemicals, and varied temperatures
