On the job:

Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans

Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site,ply with local sanitation standards

Perform opening and closing procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness andanization of facility

Assist the kitchen with pick up all trash

Keep floors clean

Assist with breaking up boxes for recycle bin

Keeping dish area cleaned andanized

Removing soiled plates and flatware from dish area
