Position: Server + Sparkling Experience Guide

Hours of Operation:

Wed 1-7 | Thurs 1-7 | Fri 1-8 | Sat 12-8 | Sun 12-6

Pay:

$17/hr (Tips added after a 2-week training period)

Schedule:

Thursday through Saturday, 20-24 hours per week | Weekend + evening availability required

We re adding a passionate, people-focused professional to our team someone who s excited to deliver unique, engaging, and memorable customer experiences, one glass at a time.

The Role:

We're looking for a warm, outgoing, and hospitality-minded individual to join our front-of-house team. As a Tasting Room Associate, you'll do more than pour wine you'll create brilliant moments.

Whether it's a first-time guest or a long-time club member, your job is to make them feel at home, heard, and excited toe back.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Weing guests and guiding them through curated tasting experiences that highlight the story behind the wines

Sharing wine knowledge in a way that s approachable, engaging, and tailored to each guest

Driving wine and wine club sales through authentic, personalized service

Creating a space that encourages guests to stay, explore, and connect with the brand

Handling transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system (Square)

Keeping the space stocked, clean,anized, and inviting

Supporting private events and off-site activations

Collaborating with a team that values hustle, humor, and hospitality

Preparing and serving food from our limited menu

Creating and contributing to weekly social media posts

Who You Are:

At least 21 years of age

Naturally outgoing, personable, and a great listener

Honest, dependable, andmitted to doing the right thing for the guest and for McQueen

Experienced in hospitality, sales, or customer service (Champagne-related experience is a plus!)

Passionate about wine and eager to learn more about sparkling wines from around the globe

Able to lift 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and movefortably in a fast-paced space

A flexible team player who can pivot with grace and stay calm under pressure

Holds (or can obtain) a valid WA MAST Class 12 Permit and Food Handler s Card
