Job Overview
As Waitstaff, you are responsible for creating a warm, relaxing and dramatic atmosp for your guests by providing knowledgeable and prompt service rooted in the spirit of Japanese hospitality.
Job Description
1. Greet every customer with a warm and friendly smile.
2. Respond and serve guests accurately and promptly.
Provide a menu for each guest.
Answer guest questions, explain specials and rmend pairings.
Take orders from guests and enter them into the POS system in a timely manner.
Provide and refill drinks as needed in a timely manner.
Serve food in a timely manner to ensure the best quality for our guests.
Check on guests during meals.
3. Payment processing
Provide check at the end of the meal.
Collect and process payments.
At the end of the shift, balance and close the register.
4. Prepare tables in your section.
Clean,inspect, and stage tables for the next guest.
Maintain full inventory of requested items, such as spare utensils and plates.
5. Collect and guest feedback to improve guest experience.
Wee and listen carefully toments and feedback from all customers.
information with the sous chef on a daily basis.
6. Perform opening and closing procedures.
7. Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
A high school diploma or equivalentbination of education, training and experience is required.
Bartending experience preferred/needed
No hospitality experience required
Holds or intends to obtain a valid food handler license.
