We're looking for passionate and dependable Line Cooks to help us deliver an exceptional experience every shift.
Job Summary:
As a Line Cook at The Lime, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality, flavorful dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You'll work closely with the rest of the BOH team to keep service smooth, consistent, and fun.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to spec with consistency and speed
Keep your station clean,anized, and stocked during service
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Support kitchen prep and opening/closing duties
Communicate clearly with teammates and front-of-house staff
Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a team-first environment
What We re Looking For:
1+ year of line cook experience preferred (but we re happy to train the right fit)
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Attention to detail and a passion for well-executed food
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
