Two Hands (twohandshospitality / twohandsrestaurant) is seeking line cooks to join the team for our new restaurant opening in The QUAD in Uptown this spring. Open availability is essential, especially on weekends. The restaurant is expected to open in early June, and training will begin in late May.

The Two Hands approach to food is that it is good for you, good for the environment, simple, and tastes good. At Two Hands, our goal is for our ingredients toe from local farms to support ourmunities in Colorado, New York, Texas, and Tennessee.
WE OFFER:
Rate starts at $17/hour and increases depending on qualifications and with time
Health insurance available for full-time employees after 3 months
One meal provided per shift
A 50% employee discount for you and up to four guests on food and drinks when dining outside of work hours

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year restaurant experience in this role
Full weekend availability REQUIRED (including AM and PM shifts)
Ability to maintain DOH sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
Basic knife skills
Understanding of basic cooking techniques
Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours a day and occasionally carry up to 20 pounds
Ability to keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
Must be available weekends
Goodmunication skills
Attention to detail
Willingness and ability to follow instructions
Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
