IL Bistro, open for 50 years, a Seattle institution located in the heart of Seattle's Pike Place Market, is looking to add a cocktail server to our small staff. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of fine dining experience and posses the ability to demonstrate superior guest service.
We are currently looking for someone to work 2-3 nights a week.
What we expect from candidates:
Thorough knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits
Greatmunication skills with coworkers and guests alike
Able to handle high volumes at times and still be able to balance that with high service standards
A great attitude and team-player mentality, as well as passion for food & beverage
Able to work late nights
