Tasting Room Team Member (Part-Time Events & Hospitality)

Location: Johnson City, TX | Company: Vinovium

Vinovium is hiring a part-time Tasting Room Team Member to join our front-of-house events and hospitality team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment, loves wine, and wants to grow into a full-time leadership position.

What You'll Do:

Create warm, educational guest experiences during tastings and events

Cross-trained to assist with prep kitchen duties for our evening small plate & tapas menu

Support event setup/breakdown, wine service, wine club pickups, and FOH operations

Work collaboratively with a small team in a fast-paced environment

Represent Vinovium smitment to hospitality and local wine

What We're Looking For:

Hospitality-first mindset with strongmunication skills

Able to lift 50 lbs and stand/move for 8 12 hour shifts

Self-starter who works with urgency, care, and ownership

Must be 21+, TABC & Food Handler Certified (or willing to obtain)

Introductory wine certification required (WSET, Court of Master, IWSG, etc.)

Must be available evenings, weekends, and for events
