Hiring Experienced High-Volume Server/Bartender

Grata s Pizzeria | South Lamar, (South Austin)

We re on the hunt for high-energy, experienced servers who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring great vibes to the floor. This is a server-first role with occasional light bartending duties. (Must have bartending experience for 10am - 4pm shift)

Shifts Available:

10am 4pm Wednesday - Sunday (Full Time | Immediate Hire) (must have bartending experience)

2pm 8pm (Full Time & Part Time)

Pay:

We operate on a tip pool system. FOH averages $20+ per hour, even during the slow season. With football season and major watch parties on the horizon, earning potential is only going up!
