salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all production machinery, including conveyors, motors, and packaging equipment.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  
  
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues up to 480V, including motor controls, sensors, and VFDs.
  
  
• Use PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) to interpret ladder logic and diagnose machine faults.
  
  
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and electrical/hydraulic schematics for repairs and installations.
  
  
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, especially Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
  
  
• Document all maintenance activities and close out work orders in the CMMS.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 20lbs

standing for 2 hours at one time
