Mountain Standard is seeking passionate and talented team members for our Service team. Previous server, captain, or management experience in a fine dining or refined high-volume restaurant is required. Communication, hospitality mindset, excellence reflex, and energetic personality are key skills and attributes for this position. In this fine mountain dining establishment, our servers must interact with restaurant guests, staff members, and management in a professional and collaborative manner to create an exemplary and safe dining experience. Most important for this position is a friendly demeanor, ability to remain composed and organized under pressure, and an enthusiasm to learn and grow. We are looking for smart and energetic individuals seeking to grow their careers in hospitality.
Other position requirements include open availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand, walk and move during entire shift including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50lbs.
Compensation and Benefit Details
- Compensation: Hourly base rate with shared tip pool
- Whole House Tip Share Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
- Estimated hourly wage $32-$45+ per hour dependent on shift and daily gratuity income
- Eligible Benefits & Perks: Dining Discounts, Health Insurance (eligible after 1 year of full-time employment), Dental/Vision Insurance (eligible after 1 year of full-time employment)
