Essential Functions:
Greet and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to tables and introducing the menu
Provide expert knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and wine pairings
Accurately take and process orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
Serve food and beverages following fine dining protocols with elegance and professionalism
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly
Efficiently manage a station of at least six tables or 35 guests
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and special request fulfillment
Support fellow team members to maintain smooth dining operations
Upsell wine pairings and menu enhancements to elevate the guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas before, during, and after service
Consistently communicate guest and resident feedback to management
Ensure strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and appearance standards

Skills/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
68 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
Proven knowledge of wine pairings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and food service standards
Ability to remain composed, professional, and service-focused in a fast-paced environment
Food Safety Training, Alcohol/Beverage Certification, and Food Handler Certification preferred
Basic math skills and English language proficiency
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs
Compensation: Hourly ($20.66 - $28.82)
