Maintenance Worker
Part time or full time
Hours available: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, occasional weekend work
Pay: $20 per hour
Locally owned and operated day care and preschool with 3 locations in Chapel Hill and South Durham seeking a reliable maintenance worker/handyman. Duties include, but will not be limited to:
Basic grounds and building maintenance (blow leaves, cleaning roofs, changing light bulbs, small repairs, parking lot cleaning, power washing, HVAC maintenance)
General handyman duties (landscaping, basic plumbing, basic electrical, knowledge of HVAC systems)
Preventative maintenance
Putting together toys and basic furniture as needed
Assist with commercial remodeling projects
Requirement:
All employees of the school are required to have a background check
Able to work indoors and outdoors
Reliable transportation
