Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our highly skilledteam. Ideal candidates will have experience in fine dining and Michelin-starredenvironments, a deep passion for hospitality and the ability to deliverimpeccable service to our elite members. Servers will be key to ensuring thatevery dining experience meets the clubs high standards of excellence,fostering an environment of warmth, sophistication and attentiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provideworld-class table service in line with the clubs fine dining standards.
• Anticipateand accommodate the needs of guests, ensuring a seamless, enjoyable experience.
• Takeorders, deliver food and beverages and maintain an inviting interaction withguests.
• Possessthorough knowledge of menu items, including preparation, ingredients, andspecial dietary options.
• Ensureprompt and accurate food delivery, collaborating with kitchen and bar teams tomaintain smooth operations.
• Maintainthe presentation and cleanliness of the dining area and assigned stations,including setting up and breaking down tables.
• Accuratelymanage orders using the POS system and process payments following clubpolicies.
• Stayinformed on health and safety standards and comply with all club procedures.
• Participatein pre-service meetings and ongoing training to uphold the clubs servicestandards.
• Followall opening/closing and side work duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum2-3 years of experience in fine dining, preferably in a Michelin-star or luxuryhospitality environment.
• Comprehensiveknowledge of food, wine and spirits, with the ability to recommend pairings toguests.
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with high-profileand sophisticated clientele.
• Abilityto excel in a fast-paced, high-energy setting while maintaining impeccableprofessionalism.
• Familiaritywith health and safety regulations related to high-end dining service.
• Abilityto stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physicallydemanding tasks as needed.
