Job DescriptionAcrisure Aerospace is seeking Customer Service Support. You could be part of a growing company that offers a competitive compensation package with tremendous potential for growth. Support clients and insurance agents using employers agency management system. Will interact with a wide variety of aviation clientele ranging from corporate jet and helicopter owners to private aircraft owners. Candidate must possess a positive attitude and be customer service oriented and enjoy talking with clients. Accurate data entry is critical as well as strong communication skills.
Initial Responsibilities- Assist with incoming calls
- Document all activities in agency management system
- Assist agents with applications/policies/ etc.
- Review new/renewal policies, endorsements and certificates to insure items were received as requested
- Maintain accuracy of client data in agency management system
- Strong organizational skills- ability to prioritize and initiative to execute task completion
- Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Mathematical skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as premiums, commissions, and percentages
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills
- Must be able to pass background check
- Proficiency using agency management system Employer will train
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with prospective and current customers, underwriters, other company representatives and colleagues to ensure an outstanding level of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with management and team members to promote a positive company image
- Meet Acrisures standards for attendance and promptness
- A strong sense of teamwork and cooperation with management and co- workers
- Adherence to Acrisures Code of Conduct
Schedule
- Part Time 20-25 Hrs/Week
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- DESIRED 1 year office experience or associate degree
Physical Requirements
- Candidate should be able to hear clients , team members and Underwriters on the phone with accuracy
- Sitting for 4+ hours of time is usual in this role.
- Candidate should be able to lift 10-15 pounds.
- Large amounts of keyboarding and working with a computer mouse requires dexterity of the hands.
- Candidate should be able to use their hands and arms to reach for standard items.
- Candidate must be able to use close, distance, and color vision.
