Alza Italian Kitchen is hiring experienced Servers /Bartenders

Alza Italian Kitchen is now hiring part-time Servers / Bartenders to join our front-of-house team. Were looking for friendly, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Weekend availability is required.
This could be a hybrid role involving both bar and floor service for those with bar experience. Candidates with bartending experience are encouraged to apply, but it's not required

Responsibilities include:

Providing warm, professional service to all guests
Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Supporting both dining room and bar operations as needed
Maintaining a clean, organized front-of-house environment
Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
Responding to guest needs and resolving any concerns with care

What were looking for:

Prior serving experience required
Great communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Interest in or experience with bartending is a plus
Nights, Weekends, and Holiday availability required (we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Must have or be able to obtain a valid CA Food Handlers Card before starting
