POSITION OVERVIEW

LOGE Alta Crystal is seeking a HSKP Lead for our LOGE Camps site in Enumclaw, WA.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in goodrepair

• Provides efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department

• Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag and designated PPE

• Trains associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Identifies associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately. Completes accident investigations and take steps to prevent futureaccidents

• Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming andcleaning

• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout theshift

• Perform opening and closing shiftduties

• Notifies maintenance department of maintenance repairsnecessary

• Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exteriorentrances

• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays asneeded

• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS NEEDED

• Basic math skills

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and inwriting

• Strong leadershipskills

• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and teammembers

REQUIREMENTS

• Housekeeping leadership experience preferred

• High School Diploma/GED
