As the Banquets Captain Administrator Assistant at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will provide administrative and project support to the Banquet Management Team. Your leadership will ensure seamless operations and memorable guest experiences.

What will you be doing?

Assists and/or has complete responsibility for completing banquet checks, correspondence, forms, memorandums, Delphi management system updates, scheduling, payroll processes and other items as needed.

Answers telephone and responds to caller inquiries. Exercises decision-making skills to direct callers based on requests. Accurately records and distributes messages. Communicates with other hotel associates to relay pertinent banquets related information.

Plans and executes various special projects with the guidance of Banquet Management.

Organizes, files, distributes, faxes, and other essential functions necessary in the daily department operation

Acts as liaison with clients and guests in Manager's absence.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

Good communication skills, both written and oral.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.

Ability to input data into a word processor.

Basic secretarial knowledge such as business letters, formats, and telephone etiquette

High school diploma.
