The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. - Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and dicing using proper knife skills. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation. - Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. - Participate in daily prep work, including sauces, dressings, and other culinary components. - Support the dietary department by accommodating special dietary needs when necessary. - Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and kitchen protocols.
