What you will be doing You will help to create a an Excellent and memorable stay for our guests by; Welcoming and serving each guest with exceptional service either in person or by phone and ensuring that guests are checked in and out in a friendly and timely manner. Requirements Respond To Guest Inquiries And Resolve Issues And Complaints In A Timely, Friendly And Efficient Manner. Respond TO Guest Inquiries And Requests In Resolving Guest Complaints. Uphold The Highest Standards Of Cleanliness, Sanitation, Safety, And Conduct. Ensures Proper Communication Within The Department And Other Departments. Prepare Performance Reports Related To The Front Office Operations As Needed By The Front Office Manager. Ensure That All Hilton Standards Are Met On A Consistent Basis. Ensure That Reward Standards Enrollments Are Met Each Month. Excellent Computer And People Skills. Hilton OnQ or PEP Experience Preferred, Not Required. Must Have Flexible Availability For Am, Pm, Nigh Audit Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays. Basic Reading, Writing And Math Skills. Other Job Duties As Required By Management. Education & Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three months in related experience and/or training.
