Professional Office Condominium Seeks Porter on a Full-Time Basis

Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing ceiling tiles, changing locks, and basic repairs
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
Monitor building premises for safety hazards and report any concerns
Landscaping tasks as needed
Restock supplies in restrooms and other common elements
Support deliveries by receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies
Maintain the cleanliness of exterior areas such as sidewalks and parking lots
