Who Are We Looking For?- Porter (LAS)
Job Summary : Responsible for escorting vendors on property following all airport regulations and procedures. The porter is responsible for receiving, checking product quality, verifying invoices compared to product received, rotating, labeling and storing product in storage area. Porters are also responsible for transporting product from the storage room to the store and putting it away. Must have a valid driver's license.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Labeling product received with expiration date and rotating product.
Receiving and verifying deliveries.
Maintaining and cleaning the storage/office area.
Emptying out trash that is in the storage/office and store at the dumpster.
Taking up stock to the store and putting it away.
Sweep, mop, wash and keep floors, walls and ceiling free of all stains, grease etc.
Empty and clean sinks in the store.
Walk-in and reach-in refrigerators and freezers must be cleaned inside and out weekly.
Empty all trash cans, replace liners.
Wipe and clean trash cans.
Clean all rubber mats weekly.
It is understood that the above list is not intended to be an exclusive list of duties and that business demands may require additional duties, not specifically enumerated herein, but porters are primarily responsible for the above duties while maintaining the cleanliness of the entire facility provided.
