Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. This critical role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality. Whether assisting guests face-to-face or over the phone, you will be the weing voice and helpful hand that represents The Connally Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay

Handle guest inquiries, requests, andplaints in a professional and courteous manner

Process payments and maintain accurate records using hotel systems

Collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to fulfill guest needs

Maintain a clean,anized, and weing front desk and lobby area

Assist in booking reservations and promoting hotel amenities and local attractions

Monitor lobby activity and ensure guest safety and security

Support other front desk agents and shifts as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred

Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail andanizational abilities

Comfortable usingputers; knowledge of hotel property management systems is a plus

Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues with professionalism

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Multilingual abilities are a plus

Knowledge of basic safety and security procedures
