Coffee Barista and Front of House Lead

Wild Yeast Bakery, Corvallis, is looking for a Coffee Barista and Front of House Lead to be responsible for our coffee and espresso service, bakery sales counter, and to manage the front of house. Applications due by THURSDAY JULY 24, training begins immediately upon hire.

This is the key staff person who organizes daily operations in the coffee house side of our bakery and provides excellent customer service. Responsible to the owners and part of the leadership team.

Responsibilities include full time presence, monitoring daily expenses and revenues and ordering supplies as needed. To be successful in this role you must have work experience with various roles in a coffee shop. Management experience in food service is preferred. You must be available to work during open hours, including weekends and holidays.

37.5 hrs/wk. (7.5 hours, 5 days per week). Saturdays required. Other days and duties as negotiated.

$16/hr DOE to begin. Coffee barista experience is required and management experience preferred.
