Store Attendant / Kitchen Helper Catering Kitchen & Takeout Counter

Were hiring a dependable and efficient Store Attendant / Kitchen Helper to join our growing catering kitchen. This is not a traditional restaurant or storefrontthink of it as a takeout-style counter with grab-and-go items like snacks and drinks, alongside freshly made sushi offerings.

Preferred experience in a restaurant setting. Prior sushi experience is a plus, but not requiredwere happy to train the right person whos quick to learn, takes pride in their work, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and operate the cash register
- Monitor the store area and assist customers as needed
- Help prepare sushi, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls
- Assemble sushi to-go boxes with proper accompaniments and labeling
- Assist with food prep (boiling rice, slicing vegetables, etc.)
- Monitor and restock food inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, including cleaning your station at shift end

Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in a restaurant or food service environment strongly preferred
- Knowledge of basic kitchen prep techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Available MondayFriday, 6:30 AM 2:30 PM (no weekends!)
- Must be able to commute reliably to Forest Ln. & Hwy 75 (Dallas, TX)
- Korean-speaking manager on site if needed.
