Boxcar Lake Mac & Admirals Cove in Lemoyne, Nebraska on Lake Mac are hiring!
Boxcar Santa Fe has opened up two restaurants on the shores of Lake McConaughy - a beautiful 30 mile long lake, with white sandy beaches, fishing, boating, and other recreational opportunities. This will be our fifth season as owners and we are excited to expand our offerings to include jet-ski rentals, and domed glamping units (glamping = glamorous camping).
We operate two full-service restaurants, a convenience store, a beach camping facility, and a beach-side hotel. We need strong servers & bartenders to finish off the season right. This is a seasonal opportunity or can turn into a year-round career for the right individual. "High season" is through Labor Day and July and August is time to make that money, honey!
