Hershey Entertainment Complex Food & Beverage part-time Dishwashers responsibilities include: washing utensils, pots and pans, plates, and other Food & Beverage equipment as well as properly storing clean items and maintaining clean and safe dish room areas. This position works in a team environment with other Food & Beverage and Restaurant staff to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

• Maintain cleanliness of the dish room, pot washing areas, and all other non-food storage areas including, sweeping and mopping the coolers and kitchen area floors.*

• Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, dishwashers, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.*

• Remove trash and break down cardboard and boxes.*

• Distribute and store products to their proper areas within predetermined time frames.*

• Take requests from other team members and assist with receipt and delivery of stock from vendors

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines

Job Demands:

• Hours will vary but will regularly include evenings, weekends, and holidays (hours may fluctuate between 8 and 25 hours per week based on event schedules)

• Physical requirements include standing (for periods up to 5 hours at a time), walking, bending and lifting up to 40 pounds without assistance

• Regular outside work in various weather conditions is required (including hot, cold, rain, snow, and other inclement weather)

• Work environment can be extremely loud at times

• Employee must provide proper footwear (all black, non skid/non slip sneaker)
