The Beverage Server:Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers.Recognizes guests immediately with a friendly, courteous greeting. Also acts as a walking information center by providing information on all aspects of Valley Forge Casino services and facilities.Assists guests with beverage selection, demonstrating salesmanship with product knowledge.Ensures guest satisfaction through quality checks and responsiveness to guest complaints.Maintains a well-groomed, neat, and clean appearance, carrying out duties with attention to sanitation and safety.Anticipates, identifies, and provides for guest needs.Has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.Maintains and upkeeps the service bar area with cleanliness and organization a priority.Performs inventories and other duties as assigned.QualificationsFamiliarity with beverage, and wine servicePrevious service skills preferred,Excellent customer service skills.Must be able to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.Must be at least 21 years of age.
