**Position Overview**

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Guest Service Representative and Night Auditor to join our front desk team at Best Western Golden Key. In this versatile role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable, while also handling essential nightly financial audits. Your dedication will help us uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Welcome and check in/out guests efficiently and courteously

- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly

- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless operations

- Manage phone communications, providing information and assistance

- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback

- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail

**Qualifications**

- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is a plus

- Strong customer service skills and a guest-focused attitude

- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guests

- Excellent communication and phone etiquette

- Knowledge of night audit procedures is preferred but not required
