The Dishwasher positions is also responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized dish area. Cleaning dishes and operating a dish machine Practicing safety and sanitation standards. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Ability to keep up with the fast-paced environment of the Key West Cooking School. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent preferred. 6 months experience in a full-service restaurant and/or bar preferred. Other Requirements Maintain necessary mandated food and drink certifications. Successful candidates must pass a background search.
