Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, customer-oriented Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be attentive, helpful, and able to operate in a fast-paced service environment while maintaining a high standard of courtesy and care. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is preferred but not required. This role requires basic technological proficiency to assist guest with the operation of karaoke systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to guests in private karaoke rooms
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist guests with the operation of the karaoke system
  • Monitor guest needs proactively and respond to requests with a service-first attitude
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of rooms before, during, and after guest use
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service or hospitality environment at nightclubs/bars/fine-dining preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Comfortable using basic technology such as touchscreen interfaces and POS systems
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written) preferred
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00 - $15.00) plus tips
