PeopleReady of Campbellsville, KY is now hiring Custodians! As a Custodian, you will perform basic cleaning, sanitation, and minor maintenance of an assigned building and grounds. We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and ready for whatever tomorrow brings. As a second-shift custodian, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures everything shines after the day is done. You'll work independently but with a purpose that everyone notices the next morning. You'll have the place (mostly) to yourself, get your steps in, and end each shift knowing you've made things better for everyone who comes in tomorrow. Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $13 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Custodian:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors like you're training for a very quiet Olympic event
• Empty trash and recycling because, let's face it, the bins don't take themselves out
• Wipe down surfaces, clean windows, and dust places people don't even noticeuntil they're dirty
• Restock supplies so no one ever asks, Where's the paper towels?
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report anything that needs more serious attention
• Lock up and secure the building when the shift is over, so the night stays peaceful
• Someone who notices the little things and takes initiative
• Comfortable working solo or alongside a small team
• Able to move around for most of your shift and handle some light-to-moderate lifting
• Dependable, with a good sense of humor and a better work ethic

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Willing and able to come in for an onsite interview (we like to meet our team in person)
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is helpful but not required we're happy to show you the ropes if you've got the right attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable being on your feet and handling some light lifting
• Background check and drug screening required
