Duties and Tasks:
- Sweep and mop floors, wash dishes, glassware, pots and pans
- Cleans bathrooms including toilets, walls, floors
- Maintain kitchen work area to insure sanitary standards
- Assist with receiving deliveries and putting away food stock items
- Organizes and cleans storage areas within the facility
- Performs other tasks as assigned and/or required
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Equivalent experience in food service, restaurant or cafeteria
- Must be able to work flexible hours
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent or one year restaurant or industry experience.
Physical Demands:
- Performing physical activities that require considerable walking, standing, bending, carrying and lifting up to 100 lb.
