Switchboard/Receptionist

Do you have a passion in working in a medical/hospital environment as a Switchboard/Phone operator? If so, we are seeking for a dynamic Phone Operator to handle phones calls directing all calls to departments. Hours and shift will be Saturday-Wednesday from 10pm-6:30am. Also, in this role you will be responsible in working on holidays if needed.

salary: $24 - $25 per hour

work hours: 10 PM - 6:30 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Seeking for a Phone/Switchboard Operator that will provide phone support for a busy call center/front desk area in the West La area.

• 2+ years of experience in a busy call center/phone experience
• Experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Proficient with MS Suite and other internal system
