Your Role
As a Cleaner at Order & Organize, you will:

Perform residential and commercial cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
Handle specialized services: deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleaning, and Airbnb turnovers
Use eco-friendly products and follow best practices for sustainability
Report maintenance issues or damages noticed during cleaning
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Communicate courteously with clients and team members
What Were Looking For

Valid BC drivers licence is a plus
Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but not requiredwe value motivation and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically able to lift and carry cleaning equipment as needed
Flexible availability: weekdays and some Saturday's

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 25 per week
