Are you an energetic, customer-focused individual who loves making a great first impression? Priority Chevrolet Newport News is looking for a Lane Greeter to join our service team! In this front-line role, youll welcome customers as they arrive for service, guide them through the process, and ensure their experience starts off smoothly and professionally.

What Youll Do:

• Greet every customer promptly and warmly as they pull into the service lane

• Direct customers to service advisors or assist with basic intake questions

• Help manage the flow of vehicles through the service drive

• Assist with light vehicle movement (as needed valid drivers license required)

• Provide a positive, professional, and friendly experience for every guest

What Were Looking For:

• A friendly, upbeat attitude and excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work well with a team and provide top-tier customer service

• Valid drivers license with a good driving record

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
