Summary

The Hyatt Regency Bellevue is excited to recruit for a Bell Attendant on our Guest Services Team!

Bell Attendants are in constantmunication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage & personal items are transported to and from guest rooms efficiently. It's important to ensure that guests arefortable with amodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local rmendations.

The hourly rate for this position is $20/hour plus service charges & gratuities.

This position earns additionalpensation through gratuities at the guest's discretion, as well as service charges from Room Drops and Porterage as indicated specifically in the client contracts.

Interested applicants MUST be available to work PM shifts (typically from 3 - 11:30 PM), including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Available to work PM shifts as late as 3 PM - 11:30 PM

Flexible work availability must include weekends and holidays

Refined verbalmunication skills

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Previous customer service experience preferred

Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
