Job Title: Janitor

Location: Florida, NY

Salary: $18 to $20 hourly

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable environment throughout the company's facilities. This role operates under minimal supervision and ensures all areas are kept clean, free of dirt, rust, and debris.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Empty garbage buckets, pails, and refuse containers into plastic bags and transport refuse to the dumpster.

Vacuum loose dirt and rust from floors, walls, window sills, conduits, ducts, support beams, ovens, cabinets, drying rooms, exhaust hoods, and production equipment.

Clean floors using cleaning solutions, mops, auto scrubbers, and buffing machines. Apply wax as required.

Clean sinks, drinking fountains, and eyewash stations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record (for travel between facilities if needed).
