Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is looking for a Property Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical assets of a Madison area apartment complex.
Highlights:
- Schedule: 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
- Location: Madison, WI onsite
- Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr based on experience
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, paid time off
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vacant apartments to market ready condition.
- Repair and improve apartments and property.
- Perform routine inspections of property.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, water heaters and water supply issues.
- Basic appliance repair and installation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Basic electric and plumbing.
- Experience with handheld tools.
- Carpentry - install cabinets and countertops .
- Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with residents, co-workers on or off the property.
