Job Description


Detailed Job Description:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for phone and email communications regarding event parking.
  • Coordinate and process event parking requests across campuses.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team and the Department of Public Safety to manage signage, parking availability, and enforcement needs.
  • Maintain and update the event parking calendar, inventory system, and web content.
  • Generate invoices and oversee event parking payment processing.
  • Oversee the creation and placement of event parking signage.
  • Collect and track metrics and data related to event parking operations.
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls and emails related to events.
  • Occasionally travel to the main campus to assist with event logistics using a department vehicle.
  • High school diploma and four (4) years of administrative experience, OR
  • Associate degree and two (2) years of relevant experience, OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use office software and email tools proficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak event periods.
  • Valid California drivers license (non-commercial class).
  • Must successfully pass a Basic+ MVR background check upon selection.
