Job Description
Detailed Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for phone and email communications regarding event parking.
- Coordinate and process event parking requests across campuses.
- Collaborate with the Operations team and the Department of Public Safety to manage signage, parking availability, and enforcement needs.
- Maintain and update the event parking calendar, inventory system, and web content.
- Generate invoices and oversee event parking payment processing.
- Oversee the creation and placement of event parking signage.
- Collect and track metrics and data related to event parking operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls and emails related to events.
- Occasionally travel to the main campus to assist with event logistics using a department vehicle.
- High school diploma and four (4) years of administrative experience, OR
- Associate degree and two (2) years of relevant experience, OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use office software and email tools proficiently.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak event periods.
- Valid California drivers license (non-commercial class).
- Must successfully pass a Basic+ MVR background check upon selection.
