Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Grill Cook:

• Prepare and cook grilled food items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and equipment.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of cooking stations before and after events.
• Monitor food stock and communicate shortages to supervisor.
• Work effectively with kitchen and concessions staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow health and safety regulations as mandated by local and state agencies.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or other departments

Job requirements:

• 1+ year of grill or line cook experience in a restaurant, concession, or stadium setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Background Check Required
