Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Utility Worker:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and concession equipment
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep, service, and storage areas
• Take out trash, recycling, and food waste in accordance with safety protocols
• Assist with stocking food, beverages, paper goods, and other supplies
• Help set up and break down food service stations before and after events
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment and floors
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as required by local and state regulations
• Communicate with supervisors about cleaning needs, supply shortages, or equipment issues
• Provide support to cooks, cashiers, and other staff as needed during high-volume times

Job requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or janitorial/utility work is a plus.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Background Check Required
