Pay Range: 22.00/hr.
Shift: 1st shift schedule
What's the Job?
- Managing the front desk and greeting visitors with a warm welcome.
- Handling walk-ins, including visitors and tenants, ensuring their needs are met.
- Answering phones, transferring calls, taking messages
- Sorting and distributing mail to the appropriate recipients.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and daily office operations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
